Refund & Returns

We offer 14 day refund policy (clearance and final sale items excluded).

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair.
• Personal items such as underwear, jockstraps, briefs, boxers and swim trunks are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons. 
• Clearance items (prices marked down) are FINAL SALE.
• If you are eligible for a refund please email info@mrjockstrap.store with your name and order number.
• We can modify your order for you if it has not been shipped. Once it’s shipped, we will not be able to modify the order for you. Please refer to our return and exchange policy above once your package arrives. 

Defective Items

If you feel you have received a defective item, please email us at info@mrjockstrap.store In your email please reply with your name, order number, details of the defect, and pictures of the defective item.
