All SALE items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
Underwear is an intimate item of clothing worn next to the skin. For hygienic reasons, it cannot be resold once it has been tried on; as such, most lingerie and underwear stores will not usually accept returns of undergarments. We do not want customers to end up with something that does not fit, so we are prepared to process an exchange for a different size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please first contact us at email@example.com regarding your sizing issue so that we may assist in the process as well as prepare for your return. You will need to pay for the return’s postage, restocking fee and postage of the new item. We offer low prices on all of our products and cannot therefore provide free exchanges. . If sending a large value package, we recommend sending insured mail.
If the size is unavailable, you will be given credit in the form of an emailed gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a refund or exchange for different style items.
If you feel you have received a defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org In your email please reply with your name, order number, details of the defect, and some pictures of the defective item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are purchased from our store that are on sale for return.
A Note on Frequent Returns
Though we are flexible with returns, there is a point where we will not be able to accept them when/if a pattern of frequent abuse of returns is recognized by our staff. Mr Jockstrap also reserves the right to no longer accept returns from customers who abuse our return policy.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on world shipping times please read the following update:
We are experiencing unprecedented delays in shipping times due to the impact of worldwide lock-downs, travel restrictions and ultimately fewer planes traveling from China to the US. These delays are out of our control, we have upgraded our shipping methods throughout the epidemic in order to provide the best customer service possible. Many of the parcels are getting through within our expected shipping time of 4 weeks, however we have experienced delays of a number of months. Unfortunately once your item has been shipped we cannot provide a refund or cancel the order. Your item will be delivered and if it is not within 90 days, please contact us and we will raise a dispute.
