Shipping Information

We offer same day processing for orders placed before 12am. Orders placed after 12am will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. All shipments are made from our warehouse based in Grapevine, Texas. Shipping takes 3-6 business days, depending on how far you are located from our warehouse in Texas. We use the following carriers DHL, FedEx, UPS & USPS. All orders are tracked & fully insured.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed we will send you email confirmation to let you know it has been shipped. We will provide you with order tracking information so you can track your order to your door. Your tracking information will also be available on our website in your online [Account], under [Orders].

We do not send email updates on your tracking status. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number provided.

We can modify your order for you if it has not been shipped. Once it’s shipped, we will not be able to modify or update your shipping address. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. For orders returned to sender, due to an insufficient address, we reserve the right to deduct a $10 admin charge, to cover postage costs and restocking costs. We also reserve the right to charge an additional $5 to reship the parcel.

We use reputable shipping providers to ensure your order is delivered within a fast time scale. If your tracking number does not move for 20 days, we will offer resend the parcel. Until the 20 day limit is reached we cannot resend out your parcel. We follow the advice given by the shipping providers.

If you order shows as delivered on the tracking, it is your responsibility to follow up the parcel with the shipping provider. We will not resend parcels or offer refunds for parcels which have been shown as delivered.

What to do if my parcel is shown as delivered and I have not received it:

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as “delivered” prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. MrJockstrap cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping from our warehouse in Texas the US, to Australia.

Australian Shipping is $15 USD. Shipping takes 1-4 weeks.

All prices on mrjockstrap.store are in USD.

The buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties charged on import.
